  • Premium Technical Support for 12 months

  • ​Custom training videos: Customised videos giving an overview of YOUR project - how it is set up and how to publish your data. A fantastic reference tool!

PACKAGE DEAL ONE: QUICK START

This is our most economical package deal, and is suitable for people who want hands-on help setting up their CatBase publishing project. 

What you get:

  • The CatBase licence of your choice.

  • FOUR hours of Personal Training.

  • A one-year Premium Technical Support subscription.

  • All CatBase updates and upgrades for 12 months.

  • One custom reference video.

 

PACKAGE DEAL TWO: JUMP START

Suitable for those who require a bit more help, including assistance and/or training with their chosen publishing destination (Adobe InDesign, for example). We'll go into more depth with you. 

What you get:

  • The CatBase licence of your choice.

  • SIX hours of Personal Training.

  • A one-year Premium Technical Support subscription.

  • All CatBase updates and upgrades for 12 months.

  • Two custom reference videos. For example, we might create one video for import/editing data, and another for publishing it.

 

PACKAGE DEAL THREE: TURNKEY SOLUTION

Don't have the time or expertise to set up your project? Let us do it all for you, install it, and show you how to use it.

What you get:

  • The CatBase licence of your choice.

  • A telephone and/or screen-sharing consultation about your project, after which we will compile a Project Specification. You will be able to review this Specification and make any necessary changes before we proceed.

  • We will set up the complete project, including the CatBase database, up to two Publishing Stylesheets, and one page layout template.

  • Installation: We will install the CatBase solution on your personal computer or server. NOTE: We will require remote access to accomplish this. If remote access isn't possible, we will provide installation instructions.

  • Custom Videos: Up to 5 videos describing different aspects of your project (for example, producing various different publications).

  • Two hours of Personal Training.

  • A one-year Premium Technical Support subscription.

  • All CatBase updates and upgrades for 12 months.

  • Unlimited follow-up support via our Support Ticketing System for one year.
